We're here to provide you with all the information you need to know about earning money as a member of our pea picking team.
We pay based on the amounts of peas you pick.
The more and the better quality peas you pick, the more you'll get paid.
You can earn from 1300 to 2500 Euro a month! (Holiday money included)
The amount depends on how active and hard-working you will be during the season.
We will check the quality of the peas you pick every day and pay for the good ones.
In order to get paid for the day's work, there is a need that minimum 90% of the peas you picked to be of good quality.
We will always tell you how many and how good your peas were on the day, so you can do even better the next day!

Payment is per kg, and it differs from sort to sort.

Before you start, you'll have a training period of 2 weeks.

It's important that you earn the Danish minimum wage after you've been trained. But we believe in you! With hard work and dedication, you can achieve it!

The salary will be taxed according to the Danish condition for seasonal work. At the end of your work period, we will pay you everything. Holiday pay that will be sent to your bank in May of next year.
