Most of the jobs are for picking peas, but we also have openings for management, supervision, driving tractors, trucks, and buses, working in packing operations, administration, and more.

How do we work?

We start our day early, at 6:00 AM and work until around noon, with the possibility of evening shifts, depending on the weather and how much we need to pick.​

We pick peas when they are very juicy, so sometimes we work in all types of weather. Don't worry, we'll make sure you're prepared with warm clothes, boots, and rain gear. Plus, working in different weather conditions is a great opportunity to build your skills and gain experience.​

We work 6 days a week, with one day off. We need a team of reliable pickers to make sure we can meet our daily pea delivery goals. That's why it's important that everyone shows up on time, no matter the weather, and works together to finish the job.​

We understand that sometimes things come up and you might need an extra day off. Just let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.

If you are unable to make it due to an illness or any other valid reasons, please inform us as soon as possible!
General Information

Pea picking is piecework, which means you earn based on how many peas you pick, therefore you have to be able to motivate yourself.
​

You will be working and living in an international community with great opportunities for development of your personal skills within working, socializing and influencing upon your own situation.

You will be challenged to develop other kind of skills you might possess. Some of the pickers are working partly truck-, bus- or tractor driving, administration work, packing operation, different kind of crafts and others are working as supervisor and manager of different functions in the company.
