You get paid based on how many peas you pick and how good the peas you pick are. The more and the better quality you pick, the more you get paid. We're always looking for hardworking people who can pick a lot of good quality peas.

But don’t be afraid! If you have no experience, we will train you to be the best.
It's not all work and no play, we have a lot of fun too. You'll make friends from all over the world and have stories to tell for a lifetime. We also respect and value all people no matter what their background, sex or nationality is.
